The Hmong people is one of the numerous ethnicities living in the highland of North Vietnam. They are proud and peaceful people with their own ancient history, culture and language. The older generation prefers to maintain their heritage and remains in their mountain villages even knowing that life is much easier if they relocate to the cities. Tam An Foundation is providing periodic gifts of basic (but hard to come by in the mountains) essentials such as rice and salt to the appreciative Hmong starting December 2023.
